Additionally, packed with performance features such as precise and reliable all-metal movement, 4 year battery life, 100 M water resistance, U.S. Patented Active-Comfort™ B-Type nylon band, Swiss super luminous hands & markers, solid stainless steel crown, case back and band hardware, and scratch resistant R-Type mineral glass crystal. For pulse taking, two 15 second quadrants are highlighted in red for quick and easy pulse calculation... simply count the pulse beats while second hand moves through red quadrant and multiply by 4.
